Remember how it feels to discover new things?  We are very good at this when we're children.  We expect new things around every corner, because everything is new and there is so much to learn.  As adults, we sometimes lose our sense of wonder.

Fearless leaders create cultures that encourage discovery.  New things ARE around every corner, if we see through eyes that are open to receive.
